Our Services
CONSULTANCY Our consultancy services range from simple advice on a one-on-one basis to logistical support for the organisation of major, high-prestige events.
At the association Groupes Jean-Claude Simon, we endeavour to understand our clients so as to assist them in achieving the desired level of development of their individual paradigm.
By "paradigm" we above all mean the individual strategies, theories, ideas, hypotheses and conceptual or reference frameworks of any person.
We encourage both groups and individuals to approach their continuous need for new resources from the point of view of the partnership of all of those involved faced with the continuous changes in our society.
Our consultancy services involve above all extended specialist seminars, "technical" workshops and training workshops on all aspects of our daily lives.
Thanks to the experience we have acquired over the years, the association Groupes Jean-Claude Simon understands fully the time and space needed for sharing experiences and for giving advice.
Our consultancy bureau has adopted a highly pragmatic approach that focuses on the needs of both individuals and organisations in terms of efficiency, enriching relationships, meeting targets and more.
We strive to understand and to provide the necessary support for both individual and joint projects.
At Groupes Jean-Claude Simon, the overarching aim of any project is to meet with value criteria that are themselves highly dependent on the cultural circumstances at hand.
The success of any project of course also depends on finding an appropriate solution that considers the issue of identity and is anchored in self-respect.
Jean-Claude Simon is an Organisation and Management Consultant certified by the Ministry of the Walloon Region in Belgium. As such, up to 75% of the cost of any consultancy services can be subsidised by the Walloon Region. TRAINING Through past projects and continuing research, the association Groupes Jean-Claude Simon has built up solid links with and within companies. We always work in close co-operation with those involved thus enabling our consultants to draw up optimum seminars that are tailor-made for the training needs within or between the companies concerned.
Before any training project is begun, the Groupes Jean-Claude Simon always conducts the following:
• an internal analysis
• a thorough preparation stage.
In this way, the real needs, business targets and marketing objectives of the company are established right from the start and the project structured accordingly.
All of our training services take into account the available human resources, the market and the business environment of the company (i.e. constraints and opportunities).
All of the above enable us to:
| • |
Offer customised services that are tailor-made to suit the needs of the company |
| • |
Strengthen the credibility of the training expert in the eyes of the participants
(through his or her in-depth knowledge of the products and services concerned) |
| • |
Propose techniques and methods that can be directly applied to the company's work. |
The association Groupes Jean-Claude Simon offers 100% bespoke solutions tailored to suit the specific needs and objectives of all of those involved.
We should add, however, that for some years now, "standard" types of seminars have also been gaining in popularity. These are of course also tailored to the company's needs to a minimum extent.

COACHING AND TEAM BUILDING This type of service draws on all of our other areas of expertise. It requires know-how in the field of company consultancy as well as skill in the areas of therapy and research.
Coaching can be directed at both individuals and teams. In the latter case, it is referred to as team building. Within any business, it is up to the management or appointed consultancy staff to provide coaching to personnel. Coaching focuses on the individual, team or group concerned, analysing the working methods used and, above all, their potential for the future.
Individual coaching may be necessary to assist members of staff in taking on new responsibilities, in considering their professional objectives, in preparing for difficult negotiations, in better managing their stress levels or time or in finding renewed motivation for their work.
Team building sessions, on the other hand, can be highly useful in determining a particular team's exact mission, or indeed that of an entire company. Team building is often also needed following far-reaching reorganisation, conflict, a company merger, culture change, etc.
Individual coaching can be provided either within the company or at our own bureau and can last for two hours to several days, depending on the contract.
Team building sessions should ideally be held off the company premises and in different, "greener" surroundings that are suitable for the project at hand.
RESEARCH
Ever since it was first created, the association Groupes Jean-Claude Simon has been keen to set up an independent research department able to offer support to the association's other activities and that would focus on
the development of the individual.
Consistent, methodical and persistent research are what enable us to learn, discover and understand.
Research is founded both in structured activities and in the constant search for knowledge.
In order to conduct such research, the association's partners have created a non-profit-making organisation called "la Guizette", which organises special "Guizette meetings", which facilitate exchanges of opinions and experiences either through a conference or workshop format.
