Individual references Jean-Claude Simon • For just under 10 years, Jean-Claude Simon was a member of the teaching staff of the Centre de Formation permanente des Classes Moyennes Training Centre in Liege within the following departments: - Advertising - Management - Communication and Public Relations • Since 1994, he has also been a member of the workshop teaching body of the Catholic University of Mons (Faculté Universitaire Catholique de Mons) and the Luxembourg Office for Productivity Growth (l'Office Luxembourgeois pour l'Accroissement de la Productivité) in the fields of: - SME management - marketing - sales • From 1992 to 1994, he was the Human Resources Manager of the company Ets. RAPOSO in Charleroi (PVC and aluminium frames). His work there involved - recruiting and following up the development of personnel - conflict management - setting up an HR management project - providing training for sales personnel - developing the company marketing and public relations strategies and organising events. • Jean-Claude Simon was a member of the events organisation and marketing team which was responsible for the 100th anniversary celebration of Fabrique Nationale in Herstal, held in October 1989, the 100th anniversary celebration of the Belgian Football Federation as well as the inauguration of the Roi Baudouin Football Stadium by Her Majesty Queen Fabiola in August 1995. • Jean-Claude Simon was the sole assistant to Génie Laborde during her only visit to Belgium in April 1990. Génie Laborde is an American training expert who enjoys world renown and is the author of the best-selling work "Influencing with Integrity". Since 1990, Jean-Claude Simon has also made a significant contribution through publications and seminars to making known the concept of NLP-based sales developed by Génie Laborde and which is based on a combination of a sound methodology and respect for others (client-supplier relationship).
